Traveller history: a fuller picture
A plain-language introduction to origins, continuity and the limits of the evidence.
Open entryLibrary
The evidence, scholarship and knowledge that sits underneath TraVision’s work.
Many stories.One shared thread.
A transparent research base
The TraVision Research Library brings together the historical, legal, scientific, cultural and community sources that inform our work.
Our research crosses disciplines because the questions we examine cannot be understood through a single field. The Library is designed to hold historical scholarship, primary documents, legislation, government reports, Irish Traveller voices, Indigenous and decolonial scholarship, population research, microbiome research and TraVision’s own research.
The purpose is transparency: to make visible the evidence, scholarship and knowledge from which our work has developed.
